Butterfly Thank You

Here’s a quick card that we made last night. I think Ann’s visit to the fabric store inspired her. Once she got started, she couldn’t quit! (It was supposed to be a sympathy card, but she said that it wasn’t coming out that way. It just gives me a homey feel. How about you? And one of the stamp sets is free! Is this not your style? We’ve got over 375 Thank You Card ideas that you can see here. Cardmaking Supplies Here’s what we used. What a beautiful handmade...

Making a Best Friend Card

Do you have friends that are really more like family? If you live near your family, you may only have a few. If you don’t live near your family, I hope you have a lot of them! Here’s a simple card you could send to all of them! I’ll let you in on a little secret… The leaves were actually leftovers! We used Stampin’ Blends to color on Shimmery White Card Stock to make them. They were actually cut off of another project – I think the one we featured in this post. As we near the end of Sale-A-Bration, please be aware that things are selling out. There are...

Add a Little to a Card for Your Cat Lover

It was quite the night last night when your Yuba City Stamp Club came over. They made three cards and played with some of the new Sale-A-Bration stamps and Designer Series Papers that are being released on Friday. Everyone loved the cards, but some people had some input on the Cat Card. Everyone liked a different cat! (We’ll show them on today’s show. (It’s today at 1pm Pawcific Time.) Grab the Foil Butterflies!

A few days ago, we shared a warning about the Grapefruit Grove and Lovely Lipstick Foil Sheets might be sold out before their time. They haven’t yet, but it’s getting close! We figured we should show you why these foil sheets that you can get free with a $50 order are so special. It’s a bit hard because they don’t seem to photograph well. Their beauty just isn’t as evident on a camera. Layering the Lovely Lipstick Foil and Basic Black butterflies was challenging. We looked at them on Lovely Lipstick, Whisper White, and I don’t know what others. We ended up...

Incredible! Like You!

Ann and I simply adore the greetings in today’s featured stamp set, Incredible Like You. We weren’t sure about the flowers and everything, but not the verdict is in! We Love Them! But more important – what do you think? Can you spot the TWO free items on the card? I think I’m loving this card and would love to send it to each of you! But the best I can do is to send those of you on our mailing list a special card tutorial that I don’t share elsewhere.. Are you on the list? If you haven’t been receiving these mostly weekly card tutorials in your inbox, you...

Saturday Was a Great Mail Day

Do you remember when I was guiding Ann to make almost 80 swaps? She mailed them in two separate packages to Pennsylvania. And one of the swaps arrived in the mail on Saturday. You see, we made 40 of the same cards using sets from the new Occasions catalog. And then we exchanged them with 40 of our friends that, like Ann, who used to be on the Advisory Board for Stampin’ Up! during different years The Advisory Board is a thing of the past now, but for several years, Stampin’ Up! selected up to 8 demonstrators each year to confer with Stampin’ Up!. Ann’s turn was back...
