Amy may not have liked this birthday card at our local stamp club night, but everyone else liked it.  In fact, it was a favorite!

Vellum Birthday Card

How do YOU like it?

If I were to change anything, I might have had Ann use Silver Embossing Powder and Silver Foil Sheets for the butterflies.  (That’s the Bitty Butterfly Punch she used and Basic Rhinestones.)

But we did use one of our favorite colors that is disappearing – Lost Lagoon.

The technique is called Stained Glass Window and is very easy to do with markers and Cardstock Vellum.

And I now that I’ve read the catalog, I need to let you know that you MUST stock up on cardstock now.  When the new catalog comes out, don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Vellum Birthday Card

While I’ve got your attention..

Are you getting our emails newsletters?  Everyone is raving about the new format.  But I must say that we’ve been really working on making sure that everyone who is opening and reading Ann’s emails are taken card of.  And isn’t that coloring book project she’s giving away fabulous?

If you’ve never received any of her emails (yes, they’re HERS), then you’re not getting the things she shares that she won’t let me share here.  You can join this exclusive group here AND discover how she made a DIY Coloring Book.

You won’t be sorry!

And Ann’s going to be sharing a ton of card ideas and a new technique tonight and Saturday with our Master Stamper members.

Make sure you check out what’s still available on the retirement list because some of these colors are on there!  (Lost Lagoon & Mossy Meadow are on the chopping block.)
