Isn’t it sad to hear when a friend as lost a loved one?  Is it hard for you to make a card for them?  Or do you find it helpful for you to work through your sadness?

In our house, we like to make them as we go, but that can sometimes slow down the process so that the card doesn’t arrive as fast as what we’d like.

If that’s the case or if it’s hard for you, here’s a card you can make in advance and use for either a sympathy card or one for a happier occasion just to let a friend know that you’re thinking of them.

Handmade Sympathy Card

This one IS for someone special who’s daughter passed away unexpectedly.  She’s one of our 24/7 Stampers Demonstrators so we especially don’t want to send just any card.  And her daughter had been one of our 24/7 Stampers as well.

Our hearts are really heavy for her.

We put an Island Indigo feather on there because we’re all a bit blue.  There’s a Very Vanilla feather on there because she’s probably singing with the angels.

The Four Feathers stamp set is new and featured in the Holiday Seasonal Catalog.  You can save when you bundle it with the Feather Framelits Dies.  And while THIS one comes in a bundle you can get between now and the end of the year, you should check out the exclusive bundles we’re offering that END TODAY.

To make it easy for you to make this card your own, here’s the supply list of what we used.  Simply click on any picture and we’ll ship it to your front door.
