Isn’t it sad to hear when a friend as lost a loved one? Is it hard for you to make a card for them? Or do you find it helpful for you to work through your sadness?
In our house, we like to make them as we go, but that can sometimes slow down the process so that the card doesn’t arrive as fast as what we’d like.

Our hearts are really heavy for her.
We put an Island Indigo feather on there because we’re all a bit blue. There’s a Very Vanilla feather on there because she’s probably singing with the angels.

Do you make your Sympathy Cards in advance or as you need them?
I see that you used feathers on the sympathy card. Is there some symbolism or is it just because it’s new? Thank you
No symbolism except in the coloring – at least to me & Ann. The Very Vanilla because she’s gone. The Island Indigo to remember the happy times.
