What kind of graduation card do you make for an 8th Grade Graduation?  They think they’re grown up.  NOT!

It’s still a very special time.

Yesterday, our friend Brenna graduated from the 8th grade so we made her a card with tulips and colors that are kind of grown up, but the greeting is still pretty fun.

More important:  What do YOU think?

You saw the tulips in the Occasions catalog as an Easter set.  My using the “Pick & Omit” technique, we just inked up the parts of the stamp we wanted.

It’s easy to do!

Then we stamped the image onto two different pieces of the Fresh Prints Designer Paper Stack, cut them out and attached them.

I wish that we’d made the tulips a darker color, but DONE is better than PERFECT.

This Blessed Easter stamp set is just one of the stamp sets that are going away soon.

(Ann says TODAY is the last day.  *I* saw the 4th is.  Stampin’ Up! has BOTH dates posted so I’m thinking that you MAY be safe.  But what do I know?  I’m a dog!)

If you want it, get it now and be safe!

The Greeting is from a stamp set that is soon to be released – uh,

SweetTreats-300If you like samples of Designer Papers and inks, we still have a few spots left for our Sweet Treats Shares.  Find out more about Sweet Treats here.
