We could've done this card with the SAFE colors. Rich Razzleberry & Crumb Cake come to mind. But it was not to be. Ann & I have been laughing at the Kay Jewelers commercials with the couple in the photo booth. Good gimmick! One of the commercials features those big fancy fancy charms that are in really rich primary colors. PURDY!
So we decided that we would do a card with those bright colors – kind of like cloisonne. Using the Stampin' UP! Stamp Sets: Apothecary Art & Loving Thoughts from the Occasions Mini, THIS is what we came up with!
Ann said it was kind of fun coloring in Wild Wasabi, Pacific Point, So Saffron & Real Red with More Mustard & Garden Green Accents. And when was that last time you took out your Jumbo Texture Wheel?
Of course, those Label Framelits really set the bar, don't you think?
Don't be afraid to let me know how you REALLY feel about this bright colored card by leaving a comment below. I won't tell anyone that you talk to a dog!

It's a great time to be the blog dog of a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.
Funny you should ask that! Ann’s got that on the agenda for this month’s Master Classes next week on MasterStamper.com She does 3 different times over 2 days so that everyone can attend.
Honestly? I’m all paws at this stuff.
I LOVE the bright colors, and the black background with the white CS. I have just gotten this set, and am definitely inspired to use it now with this beautiful card for inspiration. I love everything you did with this card. TFS
love the card! beautiful
I just ordered this set… Can’t wait for it to come. Your card is beautiful.
Absolutely gorgeous. I love the colors and have already Pinned this puppy, er I meant card. What a silly thing to say I don’t talk to a dog. Everyone knows I talk to a dog every single day. My baby is Roscoe, the swap eating dog.

aka Roscoe’s mommy (the swap eating dog)
I was just thinking about getting the texture wheel! I love the jewel tones instead of the usual pastel type colors. Nancy B
