Easter is Ann’s favorite holiday and I totally get it! What’s YOUR favorite holiday? Perhaps you can use these 3 projects for them as well! Just change the colors and stamps. But I’ll bet you’ll like them for Easter!
This is the newest one. We posted…Read More
This Easter card is easier than it looks and soon I’m going to prove it! Have you started on your Easter cards yet? It’s late this year. Just 17 more days. Easter cards make Ann nostalgic. Besides it being Ann’s favorite holiday, her mom used to always send Easter cards. Wouldn’t you like to have that affect on someone? A breath of Spring and thoughtfulness. Yep. And maybe something with some real meaning. Don’t you just love it? Baked Brown Sugar, Bermuda Bay and Very Vanilla. Oh yes, and Garden Green for the grass. Card Making Tip Stampin’ Up!...Read More
Wouldn’t it be nice to sit down and just color like a kid? Ann is finding that water coloring her cards is very relaxing – almost as much as having me on her lap after dinner. And the best thing to learn is that you don’t have to stay inside the lines! Or so she says! There’s more about that after I show you the card. because you WANT to see the card, right? Did you notice that we’re featuring a different Sale-a-Bration item that you can get for free? It’s only until March 31st and I’m wondering why I didn’t have Ann use the Petal Parade...Read More
I had a grrrreat time trying to distract Ann during her Online Master Class last night. But she kept right to showing everyone how to mass reproduce cards that don’t all look alike. Ann does better with doing a variety of cards so this may be just the trick for her when it comes to making a lot of different cards. And she showed them my special way to get more from your card stock just by cutting it different. They could make 8 cards out of 1 sheet of Designer Series Paper, 1-1/2 sheets of card stock (& 4 sheets for the 8 card bases) & some scraps. and it sure doesn’t...Read More
We are loving this weekend! I love rabbits! Ann loves Easter. What's not to love? And to top it off, my gal pal Doodles sent me an Easter card! Gotta love this! I shared the envelope with my Facebook friends yesterday. I know that sounds funny, but Doodles put a teeny Big Shot butterly from the Beautiful Wings Embosslit on the outside of the envelope! That butterfly stayed on the Sticky Strip for almost 1,800 miles through several post offices! Doodles' mom is pretty smart because she's a Master Stamper member – but she still...Read More
It's a VERY Good Friday! Except it's going to rain tomorrow. I hope it's going to wait until after the Easter Egg Hunt. This is the beginning of Ann's favorite weekend of all year and I have her working! Yep! You've heard me bark about the Master Stamper community. They're not professionals (but there are some Stampin' Up! demonstrators honing their skills too). Everyone is working together to improve their stamping. (and they're ALWAYS asking about me!) Ann's revving it up over there. Over the past...Read More
Easter is only a few days away and you might not have time to get everything together to make some last minute cards. I already got one from my gal pal Doodles that I’ll be sharing over on my Facebook Page sometime between today and the happy bunny day. Whether you need a card for someone young or young at heart, this little Easter bunny card I shared yesterday might be just what you need. And you can learn to make him in just 3 minutes! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EES_Qr6MWjY If you like the uneven borders, here is how we cut the card stock: Marina Mist Card Base: 5-1/2″ x...Read More
