Happy St. Patrick’s day!

Are you wearing green today?  Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Have you bought your corned beef and cabbage yet?  We picked up our cabbage yesterday so that it’s fresh.  We got the corned beef earlier this week.

I can’t wait to smell all that food!  Although they won’t give me any!

Are you feeling lucky today?  I’m right in the mood for a fun and whimsical card.

I think I’ll send my favorite huMAN to get some lottery tickets because it IS that kind of day!  Maybe I’ll catch a leprechaun!

St. Patrick's Day Card

Oh, wouldn’t it be nice to catch a leprechaun!  I’ll bet he’d be pretty tasty!

Can you tell what two stamp sets that we used to make this card?  Will it take a guess or do you know the sets straight away?

Of course, you could scroll down for the shopping list.  If you’re brave, you can click here and tell us your guess (without looking, of course).

Now this wasn’t the first St. Paddy’s Day card that we made.  I didn’t approve Ann’s first one.  She wasn’t listening to me!

That is just not acceptable!  She should know me better.  You can see more St. Patrick’s Day cards I’ve designed here.

I do know that I want to have a day like yesterday!  It was so much fun around here.  Del came by so that Ann could show her how to use her Envelope Punch Board.  Then Ann had a nice chat with my friend Lynda.  Then Sandi came over and – I can’t believe it! – Ann showed her our stamp room!  And it wasn’t really clean!

But it’s getting there.

We’re looking forward to having an online celebration with our clients so if you haven’t tried shopping with us yet, please do so the fun can really begin!  Use the new host code we post here and towards the top of the right column when placing orders under $150.  If your order is $150+, you won’t want to use it .  That way we can include a nice little gift with the handmade reusable card that we send all our online shoppers.

You’ll also be able to get a free Sale-A-Bration bonus item with every $50 you spend before tax & shipping.

So here’s what we used to make this whimsical little green card.

What a great handmade card idea!

We read & appreciate your comments! They make great bedtime stories for Ann to read to me!

  1. I knew Oh So Succulent right away but peeked for the Beautiful You. Nice card and I like the LUCKY.

  2. Ann, nice card for St. Patrick’s Day. I purposely did not look at the supply list because right off the bat I recognized the “Oh So Succulent” flower stamped on the word LUCKY. However, I did go to the Occasions Catalog to find the stamp set that the “you” came from. Kind of like a scavenger hunt..lol!
