Big Birthday Card

Well, we got through International Women’s Day yesterday.  You see, Ann loves working for with me.  Lucky for us, she sells Stampin’ Up! stamps and accessories and that company is owned by a woman.

We have just too much fun working here at Central Bark.  We started 2 videos yesterday and we made a lot of cards for a swap.

Yep.  That’s something that Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators do sometimes.  Ann makes a bunch of one card and the other demonstrators do too.  Then they all swap their cards so that all the demonstrators have lots of ideas from each other.  And that’s why they call them swaps.

We hope that they’ll like our card.

Birthday Card Idea

It was lots of fun coloring the flowers and leaves.   I was really surprised how quickly they made the cards.  Even with the coloring, it was swoosh, swoosh and done!

You know, Watermelon Wonder is one of the colors that is one of the colors that is going away in a couple months.  The inks, the refills, the cardstock, the Designer Series Papers, the embellishments – anything with these colors will be retiring:

  • Cucumber Crush
  • Delightful Dijon
  • Mint Macaron
  • Tip Top Taupe
  • Watermelon Wonder

Sometime in April or May, Stampin’ Up! will release their retirement list and things that have these colors in will be on those lists.  If there’s something you want, you’ll have to get them before they sell out.

You can beat the rush and get things with those colors now AND get free Sale-A-Bration bonuses when you purchase now.

  • Do you have ink refills to go with your ink pads?
  • Do you need cardstock?
  • How about markers?

Those are the two main things that we like to be sure everyone’s covered on.  These things sell out and then you’re stuck because they won’t be making them anymore.

Just trying to look out for you.
