Thank You, Amanda!

Isn’t it nice to get a card or package in the mail?  Do you know how I know?  Amanda sent Ann & me a nice little package with sweets, dog treats and two cards in it.

We should be posting the whole bit on Instagram or on my Facebook page soon.  I’m almost positive that Ann took a phone picture before she ate all the candy.  (I think she still have the Dairy Milk Bar left.)

Our package was extra special because it came from Amanda who lives in England and Ann & my favorite huMAN used to live in England while he was serving in the U.S. Air Force.  (That’s where Ann learned how to properly treat a dog.)

Ann loved it there.  It was where she got her first dog, Johnny Walker.  He was a Westie (West Highland Terrier) who lived a good long life here before I showed up.

DIY Get Well Card

Even though this one matched Ann’s gift bag, it was addressed to me.  Amanda put a little post it note inside so that we could reuse it.

Do you notice that the card is slightly narrower than our cards?  That’s because in Europe, their card stock is just a little narrower so their cards are just a bit narrower too.

It’s not that noticeable, but their cards are 4″ x 5-1/2″ and ours are 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″.  But they still have the same quality card stock and colors that are made by Stampin’ Up!.

DIY Get Well Card

Did you know that Stampin’ Up! is in 10 countries throughout the world?  Besides the United Kingdom, they’re in France, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands in Europe.  They started in Australia & New Zealand even before they went to Europe, but the newest addition is Japan.

And this gives me and Ann the opportunity to have stamping friendships all over the world!

This is a grrrrreat time to join our group of 24/7 Stampers so that you can make new friends too!  We’re always looking to add new stampers to our community!  And when you join now, you’ll get to add some extra things to your Starter Kit.  (I’d recommend the Hello Life Project Kit.)
