The last time we did a Quick & Fun Christmas Card Class,  Cindy and Amy asked us to do something with this single stamp.  Well, we did!

This card is Surprisingly Simple, but it sure looks good.  Ann said the burlap is there because He was born in a manger.  The embossed Cherry Cobbler is there because he’s the Prince of Peace.

Prince Of Peace Card

I’ll bet you didn’t know that we put that much thought into a card, did you?  We like to make cards for my favorite huMAN with blue on them because that’s his favorite color.  We like to make Gail cards with snowmen on there because she likes those big balls of snow.  Doodles likes the color green.  We could go on and on.

Maybe I’ll have Ann add a border layer around the Cherry Cobbler, but it doesn’t need it.  It’s an impressive Masculine card that you can easily make many of.  Yep.  That’s my kind of card.

If you don’t have a Big Shot, you should talk to Ann about how you can get one.  It really makes this Surprisingly Simple card pop.  Here’s what else they’ll be using today at our Quick and Fun Christmas Card Stamp a Stack.

Psst!  We have given away over $400 in hostess benefits during Stampin’ Up!’s anniversary month. Here’s most likely your last chance to win a $65+ shopping spree when you use this hostess code:

And yes!  We did use the Gold Encore Pad to emboss the words!  Why?!  Because it seems to heat emboss words and thin lines better than when you use VersaMark.  Yep!  There!  I barked it!   Try and you’ll agree with me!

It’s done in Baked Brown Sugar, Cherry Cobbler and Crumb Cake.

It’s a great time to be the blog dog of a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator.
