You Should Do This

Well, we've come to the last day.  The last chance for you to join our team of demonstrators and get that cool Printer's Tray that's shown.  You know you want to do this.  Who wouldn't?  It's an easy way to make some extra cash, make some new friends, and turn your favorite hobby into the discovery of a world you really can't even imagine.   Join us here. You might not have an artistic dog like me who is turning 7 on Sunday to help you, but I'm sure your dog or (gasp!) cat will be happy to help you. But I can just about guarantee that...

Clear Melted Snowman Video

Everyone’s got to get a new look every now and then.  The original card shown in yesterday’s post was made in the Fall of 2010 when I was just a pup. I’m turning 7 on September 2nd – Hint, Hint! Now that some of the punches and the original stamp set are gone, it’s time to do a redo – and this time by video! Here’s a small picture of the card.  Just click on it for a larger view – or better yet, watch the video! [We’ve had a comment about no sound controls.  They’re those 6 vertical bars between the large horizontal time bar &...

Not Just for Christmas

Not Just for Christmas

Ann and my favorite huMAN left me at home yesterday while they went down to the south part of Sacramento to race go karts.  Oh, bark!  They're just overgrown kids expecting me to stay home and do all the work around here! So I decided to mix it up a little!  You humans might think that the Ornament Keepsakes stamp set from Stampin' Up! is just for Christmas.  Not so, barks my keen Jack Russell Terrier mind.  And here's the card to prove it! Now before you tell me that the double layered ribbon is too far over to the left, you must know that I had a...

Add A Little Glitter

Everyone needs a snowman in a jar, don't you think?  All this guy needs in there is a  pair of mittens.  The Stampin' Up! Stylin' Snowfolk stamp set has it all!  Mittens, scarf, top hat, you name it. Those of you who are Master Stamper members will already know how to put this together from an older Shaker Card project that we had at one of our live stamping sessions.  I took this picture over Ann's shoulder while she wasn't looking. Here's some of what I saw on her table.  You can click on the pictures of the sets to see them...

It’s Always the Right Time to Say Thank You

This might look like a Christmas Card, but it's really a thank you card.  I know these things! This is the card that we sent to our stampers who purchased from us in July!  My gal pal Doodles and I got inspired by the card on page 7 of the Stampin' Up! Holiday Mini Catalog and designed this one.  Doing them without opposing thumbs can be a bit challenging, you now. The Stampin' Up! Joyous Celebrations set rocks! You can get it in Wood – #128066 or in Clear – #128069. It would be grrrreat set for your Christmas Cards!  Order online & get...

Shades of Pinteresting

We sent out a newsletter update and included the yummy Peaches & Sour Cream Ice Cream recipe that everyone loved last weekend at Bunco.  We're making more this weekend. But we also tried a recipe of a different sort and bottled it up late last night.  Must've looked like Frankenstein's kitchen with this test batch.  The colors are just a bit off.  It's a very light lavendar.  Even lighter than Wistera Wonder. I can tell you that it's not something you eat.  And I can tell you that the receipe will be in our next newsletter that will...
