Yesterday was a really fab day for Ann.  First, she overslept about 20 minutes for a training appointment.  She trains her brain for you every Thursday morning so shortly afterwards, I tried to entertain her by throwing one of her socks around – and then eating a Q-Tip that missed the garbage can.  Still, no big smiles.

But then over 115 of her close, personal Facebook Friends sent her regards for her birthday.  Now THAT put a smile on her face while she worked most of the day on typing a note to those of you on the newsletter list. I wonder if Michael Jordan got that many posts!  (He's born on the same day.)

So I'm hoping that many of you are that kind to me when my birthday rolls around September 2nd.  But first, you have to LIKE ME!  Or feel free to click the LIKE at the bottom of any post you see here so your friends can enjoy the fun too!

Click 4 a Quick Peek We're stamping up a storm today.  (It's rainy & windy here.)  Karen made this card on the left for our 24/7 Stampers shoebox swap last month.  (Click it for a peek.)

We thought Karen's card was all that & a bag of bones so we picked it for a Very Vintage class project – only we stepped it up so that everyone could use the Beveled Windowpanes #121881

Notice how we popped that bird right off the paper!  A little sponging made him look nice & plump like those birdies in my back yard I keep calling down to play.  The only thing that we'd change is to put the "No 147" stamp at the top of the bevel so the bird's tail wouldn't block your view.

Here are a few more things that this card features from the Occasions Mini – just in case you want to get one of those free handmade cards sent to you for purchasing this weekend:

You know, we're always looking for new demonstrators on our team.  We share stampin' ideas & encourage each other.  Working for yourself is SO much more rewarding!  And working for a dog even tops that!  You can find out more about how to join our team during a limited time offer that includesa customized kit and bonus products here.  Or better yet, call Ann at 530-674-5090.  I'm sure THAT will put a smile on her face!

It's a great time to be the blog dog of a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.
